The following drawing shows an example of the type of system structures Somer 2000 Ltd are installing for our customers. You'll notice the various network cabinets linked by fiber optic cabling, so offering system flexibility speed and future expansion. CAT5e data cabling then links to the work station or networked peripheral. In this drawing, which is a copy of a system installed back in the year 2000, you'll notice the use of Hubs to link the system. These are nearly always replaced by high speed, flexible and fast Switches.
